Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association RESOLUTION

Be it known to all those present that the Officers and Directors of the Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association do hereby resolve the following:

Whereas, the Kingaley Lake Property Owners Association was formed in 1978, and

Whereas, the Kingeley Lake Property Owners Association was established to protect and promote the interests of the property owners on and near Kingsley Lake, Florida, and

Whereas, the Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association has continued to seek protection for Kingsley Lake in order to preserve it for the present and the future, and

Whereas the Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association views Kingsley Lake as an irreplaceable public asset, now

Therefore, let it be resolved that the Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association does hereby endorse in total the proposal that Kingsley Lake be designated an Outstanding Florida Water.
